CWMC Awards Banquet
The CWMC 11 awards banquet will be held
Friday July 20, 2007 at a location in Carson City. There will be
a social hour starting at 6:00 with dinner served at 7:00. The
CWMC 11 awards will be presented after dinner. The cost for
dinner will be $25/person and the menu choices are as follows:
1. Ribeye steak with coconut shrimp
2. Salmon Filet
3. Chicken Alfredo
All dinners will include salad bar, baked potato, and corn bread
with strawberry cheesecake for dessert and your choice of beverage
(coffee, tea, or soft drink). Alcoholic beverages will be
available from the bar at an additional cost.

Please include the number of reservations desired and your handle
and/or name. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you providing
the location of the banquet and any other information available at that
time. All reservations must be paid by July 5, 2007.
